We want everyone to be able to use this site, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on every page of this website, including the client portal.
What we do
- We test every change. Each update to the site is checked automatically for WCAG 2.2 AA problems on desktop and phone layouts, and it isn’t published if a check fails.
- Keyboard and screen readers. Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, shows a clear focus outline, has a “skip to main content” link and uses headings, landmarks and labels that screen readers announce.
- Colour and text. Text and controls meet WCAG contrast ratios, links in running text are underlined, and pages reflow to fit small screens, zoom and larger text.
- Motion. Animations are subtle and switch off when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Images. Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
Known limitations
We aren’t aware of any parts of the site that fall short of WCAG 2.2 AA. Documents we link to, such as PDFs, may not always be fully accessible; if you need one in another format, ask us and we’ll provide it.
